Raya Advertisement: Janda 7 Anak dan Lembu Raya
Every year, there is a festival celebrated by Muslims worldwide because it marks the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan. This Raya advertisement is one of my favorites because it has a lot of values for family relationships. The ad is about a widow who gave birth to seven children. Seven brothers scramble to find the meat, spleen, and beef liver their mother ordered because her sons had forgotten to purchase them. They returned home with a cow to be butchered. The advertisement above shows one of the situations when Eid al-Fitr is approaching.
The following are the important implicit contents that I can describe: Firstly, family values are something that we get from our parents in the form of love, care, trust, honesty, kindness, empathy, compassion, perseverance, and many more. They instill these values in us, knowingly or unknowingly, to make us good human beings. No matter what happens, they will stay together through the thunder and storm.
Furthermore, mothers are the most selfless people on the planet, beginning to love their children even before they are born. Nothing in this world compares to a mother's love, since it is the purest kind of love. Mothers are guardian angels for their children, always loving and supporting them. Because she is the first person a child sees after birth, every youngster holds a particular place in their heart for their mother. This is why a child and their mother will have such a strong attachment. However, not everyone is fortunate enough to have a mother’s love in their lives for a variety of reasons. Those who are still with their mother should learn to love and respect her.
In conclusion, "when you are looking at your mother, you are looking at the purest love you will ever know." So, if it is a small thing, try your ever-best to pursue anything that she wanted from you.
